PM Narendra Modi To Unveil MGR’s Teaser?

The biopic on legendary actor turned politician M.G. Ramachandran recently started rolling. Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami made the first clap and it started rolling. Satish Kumar will play the titular role in the film whereas Bala Singh will portray ace M.R. Radha. Now, rumours are doing the round that the team has approached Prime Minister Narendra Modi to unveil MGR’s teaser.

The flick is being helmed by Balakrishnan. Recently, the team shot the sequence of an incident in 1967 when MR Radha shot MGR at the latter’s house. Talking about the scene, the filmmaker said, “It has come out in a realistic manner”. Another important sequence that involved MGR’s elder brother MG Chakrapani, directors PR Panthulu, K.Shankar were also shot.

Actor Y. G. Mahendra has been taken on board to play Panthulu. MGR’s brother’s role will be played by Malayalam actor Raghu. If rumours are to be believed, actress Ryithvika will play MGR’s wife Janaki Amma in the film.
