Popular Singapore Star Aaron Aziz Bags A Tamil Film

Well-known actor from Singapore, Aaron Aziz is all set to mark his Indian film debut with Jayam Ravi’s space thriller Tik Tik Tik. The film has been produced by Jhabak and helmed by Sakthi Soundarrajan. Presently, action sequences of the film are being shot.

Talking about how he bagged the role, Aaron told the Deccan Chronicle, “This is my first Indian movie and I am happy to be part of a Tamil film as I have heard lot of good things about the industry. I came to know through a casting company that the director was looking out for an actor who could play a non-Indian character in the film. I was on board as they felt I suited it well.”

Talking about Aziz’s Tamil fluency, he revealed that he is playing a character talks in English. Sharing his experience, he adds, “It was a humbling experience for me though. The director is a thorough professional and Ravi is such a down-to-earth hero. He is so easy to work with them and our comfort levels are very high.” Also, he revealed that the two Tamil stars that he was familiar with are Rajinikanth and Prabhu Deva.
