Prabhu Deva To Star In Vijay's Next

Popular choreographer, producer, director and actor Prabhu Deva is known to have starred in movies such as ABCD: Any Body Can Dance and Kadhalan. The star’s Kollywood flick Devi, which was helmed by Vijay, was a smash hit at the box office. The actor-director pair will be reuniting again for another flick.

The movie will be jointly bankrolled under the banner of Pramod Films and Trident Arts. The upcoming movie will star Aishwariya Rajesh as the female lead. The movie will also star Karunakaran in a prominent role. According to sources, the movie will be based on the concept of Hollywood movie Step Up. The title of the dance genre movie is deemed to be ‘Lakshmi’. Moreover, the movie will be comprising of 12 eclectic songs.

The music of the ‘Lakshmi’ will be composed by Sam CS, who has previously composed the songs of Vikram Vedha . A source revealed that the album of the movie will comprise of both peppy tracks as well as emotional songs. The movie will depict Prabhu Deva as the trainer of a child and train the child to become a popular choreographer.
