Prakashraj to remake Malayalam super hit Salt N’ Pepper

Actor Prakashraj’s next directorial venture is a remake of Malayalam super hitSalt N’ Pepper. He plans to make this film in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi simultaneously. While Prakashraj will portray the lead role, Tabu has been cast as the female lead.

Ulavacharu Biriyanihas been selected as the film’s title in Telugu version. Titles for the Tamil and Hindi versions are yet to be decided. The film will be produced by Prakashraj’s banner Duet Movies. The movie is likely to go on floors early next year. “I was thoroughly impressed watching Salt N’ Pepper and immediately decided to remake it.” Prakashraj said. Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja will compose the film’s music.
