A.R. Rahman to score music for Gautham Menon’s next?

The tinsel town down South is going to see something huge in the coming days as ace filmmaker Gautham Menon has announced his next project with Suriya in the lead role. The film, titledDhruva Natchathiram,which will go on floors from June 1 is looking forward to rope in music maestro A.R. Rahman to compose its music.

Earlier the pairing up of Gautham-Rahman worked out successfully for Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaaas the audio touched millions of hearts of the vast audience. The director’s last offering withJiiva-Samantha starrerNeethaane En Ponvasanthamemerged as a smash hit at the box office. And now as the director has teamed up with Suriya for the third time afterKaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram,it seems that he is on a spree to give back-to-back hits for his viewers.

If the deal with Rahman works out finally, certainly a magical spell will emerge out from the magical combination of the trio. Let’s keep our fingers crossed till the director makes an official announcement on the negotiations.
