Ram Bala Collaborates With Kayal Chandran For His Next

Director Ram Bala forayed into movies with a horror comedy titled Dhilluku Dhuddu. The film starred actors Santhanam and Shanaya in the lead roles. And now the director has started working on his next film which will produced by PS Raghunanthan of 2MB Productions.

Touted to be a comedy entertainer, the flick will star Kayal Chandran in the lead role. “Actress Reba Monica John of Jacobinte Swargarajyam fame plays the heroine in this film, which will go on floors sometime this month. Since this film is a laugh riot, the team has also roped in Urvashi, Mano Bala and Livingston to take care of the comedy sequences. Mundasupatti Ramadoss plays the second lead,” revealed a close source.

Music director Santhosh Dayanithi, who worked in Inimey Ippadithaan and Kattapava Kaanom, will be scoring the tunes. Santhosh even took to Twitter to confirm about the same. He tweeted, “Signed my next with Chandran in the lead, directed by Ram Bala . Thrilled to start composing music for this venture.” (sic) The makers will shoot the film in Chennai and Karaikudi, while the climax portions will be shot in Puducherry. The makers will make an announcement regarding the cast and the title on November 9.
