Regina Cassandra Teamed Up With Vishnu In His Next

Vishnu Vishal’s Maaveeran Kittu was well appreciated by the audience and the actor is presently filming for director Ramkumar’s untitled film with Amala Paul. He is also prepping up for his second directorial, Kathanayagan, for which director Muruganandam has been roped in. However, the latest news is that the actor rolled out an announcement of another project, which will be produced under his home banner, Vishnu Vishal Studioz.

During an interview with the Deccan Chronicle, the 32-year-old actor says, “I play a police constable in this out-and-out comedy entertainer, while Regina Cassandra plays my pair. She was our first choice and was really kicked about joining the team. She has done quality films like Rajathanthiram and we wanted a person who has a strong foothold in Tamil and Telugu. My director Chella also thought that she was perfect for the role.”

The film will star Karunakaran, Yogi Babu, Anandhraj, Mansoor Ali Khan, Livingston and Singamuthu. Telugu actor Sai Ravi has been roped in to play the grey character in the film. Vishnu has assured that the film will be a comic relief for the audience. The shooting of the film is likely to commence from March 20, presently the team is hunting for suitable locations to film the project.
