Sarath To Star In 'Sandakozhi 2'

Actor Sarath, who is well known for his famous movie ‘Jimikki Kammal’, is all set to make his debut in the Tollywood industry with ‘Sandakozhi 2’. The actor had earlier acted in Malayalam film ‘Angamaly Diaries’, for which he received acclamations from many.  Now the actor has got a hand full of offers from Mollywood and Kollywood. Moreover, the film is said to be directed by Lingusamy.

Recently, in an interview, the actor said, “Lingusamy sir watched my performance in Angamaly Diaries and approached me for the film. To have my debut film directed by Lingusamy sir and sharing screen space with Vishal sir is overwhelming. It is a small character and I hope this film will pave way for an active career in Kollywood”.

The actor revealed that he wants to be part of both the Tamil and Malayalam films. He said he doesn’t want to stick only to Mollywood but would like to explore other industries as well, especially for Tamil as according to him, he can speak the language fluently. Further, he revealed that he will start shooting for the film on November 27 in Kodaikanal.
