Shooting Of Gautham Karthik Starrer 'Sippai' Begins Again!

S Saravanan helmed movie ‘Sippai’ was shelved in 2015. The movie starred Gautham Karthik in the lead role. According to sources, shooting of ‘Sippai’ will be getting back on track. It can be said that the reason behind such a step can be indirectly credited to Karthik.

As the Kadal star proved his mettle with his successful movie Rangoon. The movie also stars Lakshmi Menon and Viba as the lead actresses. According to sources, the movie got shelved due to financial constraints. Now, the movie will be produced by a new producer. The rest of the star cast includes Samuthirakani and MS Bhaskar.

The music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Regarding the progress of the movie shooting, a close source revealed, Saravanan has completed 90 per cent of shooting and only 15 days of work is pending. A song and pre-climax portions are yet to be shot. Thanigaivel of RSSS Pictures has undertaken the project now”.
