Shooting Of Vikram's ‘Saamy Square’ In It's Final Stage

Kollywood star Vikram is known to have starred in many Tamil movies such as Anniyan, Iru Mugan and Deiva Thirumagal. He is known to have portrayed the character of a Deputy Commissioner of Police in the 2003 movie Saamy. Now, the star will be reprising his character in the upcoming sequel to the movie titled as ‘Saamy Square’.

According to a story published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, a major portion of the shooting of ‘Saamy Square’ has been completed. Moreover, the movie is scheduled to release this year on Ramadan. However, the shooting is on hold right now, due to the strike in Kollywood industry.

‘Saamy Square’ will star Keerthy Suresh as the lead actress. The movie will also star Bobby Simha, John Vijay, Prabhu and Soori in crucial roles. The upcoming movie will be bankrolled by Thameens Films. The music of the movie is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Vijay also has other upcoming movies in the pipeline such as ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’.
