Sibiraj and Shakti S. Rajan in search of a dog for their next

South Indian director Shakti has roped in Sibiraj for his next. This will be the second time when the two will be working together after Naanayam (2010). Sibiraj said, “The film is about a military-trained dog and a man, and their journey. We are now searching for a trained dog to play the lead; I'm only playing the second lead. The dog has a lot to do in the film, and it's important for us find the right one.” Though nothing much has been revealed about the rest of the cast and an official declaration will be made soon to unveil more about the flick.

The flick is a comedy-thriller, titled, Naaigal Jaakirathai. The tunes for the film will be composed by Dharan Kumar. The movie will be produced under the banner of Nathambal Film Factory. The 30-year-old actor said, “I've been on the lookout for some interesting scripts for a while now, and Shakti came up to me with this film. It was on a different plane, and I was instantly hooked. We decided to go ahead with the film, and my father Sathyaraj will be presenting it.”
