Silambarasan To Reunite With ‘Vaalu’ Director?

Silambarasan along with director Vijay Chandar delivered ‘Vaalu’ last year. The film got mixed reviews and did a decent business at the box office. Speculations are rife that the actor might reunite with the director for a new film.

According to reports, chances are that the Podaa Podi actor may join hands with director Vijay Chandar for a new film. The director earlier praised the actor for not giving up on their last venture ‘Vaalu’ despite constant delays. The duo share a good relationship and they are likely to join hands for a new film.

Reportedly, the project will be bankrolled by S. Michael Rayappan who funded Jayam Ravi’s recent hit ‘Miruthan’ under Global Infotainment. However, an official confirmation is awaited regarding the project. Currently, Simbu is busy shooting for Gautham Menon’s ‘Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada’. He also awaits the release of ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’ which will hit the screens on March 25. He also has Adhik Ravichandran’s untitled film in his kitty.
