SS Suriya’s Directorial Pucca Gets ‘U’ Certificate

Director SS Suriya is on cloud nine these days. And why not? He has a reason to celebrate.

After all, his upcoming movie Pucca which stars Vikram Prabhu has been cleared by Central Board of Film Certification. The censor board has given a ‘U’ certificate to the movie. The director said that the members of the censor board were grateful to the team for making such a clean comedy.

The film has two actresses, Nikki Galrani and Bindu Madhavi. Apart from Vikram, Nikki and Bindu, Pukka will also star host of comedians such as Soori, Satish, Anandaraj, Imman, Annachi, Vaiyapuri and Ravi Maria among the others. T. Sivakumar has produced the flick. C Sathya will be providing the music score to the movie.

Touted to be a rural comedy, the movie will see Vikram essaying the role of Dhoni Kumar, who is a big fan of cricketer MS Dhoni. While Vikram is a fan of Dhoni in the film, Nikki is a crazy fan of superstar Rajinikanth .
