Suriya To Play Boxer In Film With Pa. Ranjith

Last month it was reported that Pa. Ranjith has teamed up with Suriya. The actor’s last offering ‘24’ turned out to be a blockbuster and the director’s recent release ‘Kabali’ has also flooded the box office counters. Now that they are together, great things are expected from the spectacular duo.

Reportedly, the role of Suriya in the flick has been revealed. If rumours are to be believed, then the Singam star will be seen playing a boxer in the flick. Sources close to the development of the project reveal that it will be a hard hitting film and the actor will soon start preparing for the role.

Reports suggest that the yet-to-be titled venture will go floors in September this year. The film will be bankrolled under Studio Green banner and the rest of the cast will soon be announced. Pa. Ranjith will collaborate with Suriya’s brother Karthi after wrapping up this film.
