Team of Aranmanai 2 Shoot in Pollachi

The production of upcoming horror comedy film, Aranmanai 2, is proceeding at a high speed. The team has recently headed to Pollachi to shoot some important scenes. Earlier, the shooting was done in places like Chennai and Kumbakonam.

“A huge set worth 70 lakhs has been erected in the city and Sundar C has been shooting continuously there for the past few weeks. Then they canned a portion of the film in Kumbakonam for about 10 days and currently they are shooting in Pollachi”, confirmed a source close to the team.

Further, the team will go abroad to shoot two songs. “Two songs will be shot abroad and the place is yet to be finalised. Once they finish the talkie portions, they will head to an exotic location”, added the source. Aranmanai 2 is a sequel to successful 2104 film Aranmanai and stars Siddharth, Trisha and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles.
