Trisha To Play Dual Role In ‘Nayaki’

Actress Trisha Krishnan has agreed to be a part of the horror-comedy titled 'Nayaki'. The movie will be made under the direction of Govi. The film's story is set in 1980s and Trisha will be seen playing a dual role for the first time in her career. The movie will also feature Ganesh Venkatraman, Jayaprakash, Brahmanandam and Arya Rajesh.  

It is also being said that Trish was quite impressed by the story. The director of the movie told IANS, "It took just five minutes of narration to convince Trisha to do the film. I wasn't sure when she said 'yes' the first time, so I even asked her again to confirm it. She felt the script had the potential to be a hit and even be liked by critics".

Trisha, who has been in the industry for more than a decade, is first time doing a double role. The first look poster of the movie shows the actress in a role of a bygone era girl, while the other character is of a contemporary girl. An official confirmation of this is still awaited.
