Varalaxmi Sarathkumar’s Sister Pooja Sarathkumar To Make Her Debut With Shakthi

A couple of days ago it was reported that Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been signed for a female centric film. The movie which will be directed by Mysskin's assistant Priyadaarshini has been titled as Shakthi. And now we have heard that the film will have one more member of Sarathkumar family. And she is none other than Varalaxmi’s younger sister Pooja Sarathkumar.

Yes Pooja will be making her debut with the film. "Pooja has a flair for picking clothes and she even dresses me up for events. So, we felt that she should start doing it as a profession. Since this is a film with a lot of women in the team, we felt that she would be more comfortable making her debut with this. Also, I would be there to guide her,” revealed Varalaxmi.

Talking about how she would design her sister’s look in the movie, Pooja said, "The director has given a clear brief on the look. Varalaxmi will have a corporate kind of look; her costumes will also be casual and sporty." The movie is a trilingual.
