Veteran actress K. R. Vijaya to make a comeback in films

The veteran actress of Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films, K.R. Vijaya, mostly known as the Punnagai Arasi was not seen onscreen for a while now. But now she is set to come back to the limelight with a movie titled Nilavil Mazhai.

This is a women-centric film and Vijaya will be seen playing a doctor’s role in the same. Vijaya’s character will be conscious about her surroundings who always tries to improve her society. The yesteryear heroine who has shared screen space with MGR and Sivaji Ganesan will be playing the lead role with Pandu in the supporting part. Director and writer of Nilavil Mazhai, S. P. R. Manimaran said that his film will come out with a message for its viewers.
