Vijay denies working in Baadshah remake

It was earlier reported that a Tamil remake of Jr. NTR's recent blockbusterBaadshahis in talks andThuppakkistar Vijay may play the major role in the remake. But the actor in question, who is presently shooting in Australia forThalaivaa, has denied the reports to be utterly false.

Vijay, who has not even got to watchBaadshah, refuted the rumours,"No, that's not true. I don't know how these news stories start!" Though, a source in close association had earlier revealed to a leading tabloid that the production company ofBaadshahhas been approached to give Vijay the remake rights.
