Vijay’s Bairavaa Forays Into Bollywood

Actor Vijay is currently on cloud nine these days with happiness pouring in from several directions. First his recently released movie Mersal has done wonders at the box office. The film has shattered box office records by collecting over Rs 1.5 crore in Chennai only.

And the second reason for him to rejoice is that his earlier film Bairavaa has entered Bollywood. No, the film is not being remade in Hindi, but the song Varlam Varlam Vaa from the flick composed by Santhosh Narayanan has been featured in Rohit Shetty ’s film Golmaal Again. Since Rohit is a fan of south Indian films, therefore he decided to keep the song in the film.

Composer Santhosh Narayanan confirmed about the same on Twitter. He even thanked the team members of Bairavaa and Golmaal Again . Bairavaa which released in January this year was directed by Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamil Magan fame. It starred actress Keerthy Suresh opposite Vijay. Golmaal Again is the fourth instalment of the popular Golmaal franchise and stars Ajay Devgn , Tabu , Kunal Khemu, Parineeti Chopra , Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Arshad Warsi .
