Vijay’s ‘Theri’ May Not Release In April

Vijay is currently busy wrapping up his upcoming film ‘Theri’.  The film is 80 percent complete and will be wrapped by Pongal. It was being said that the film would be ready even before the schedule date and will have lot of time before its release in April.

According to reports, the Atlee directorial, which was scheduled for an April release next year, might hit the theater screens in later May or June next year. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the postponement of the flick. The makers are in no hurry to release the action film and only minor patchwork is left to be shot.

Reportedly, the climax is being shot currently in a factory premises at Ambattur in Chennai. The climax will be action packed and will be high on energy. The Puli actor will be shooting for the sequence along with 50 stunt men from foreign countries. The stunt sequence will showcase the Thalaivva actor fighting the baddies while hanging from a crane. It will be one of the highlights of the film.
