Vijay’s Theri: Shooting Delayed, Teaser Release Postponed

It’s disappointing news for Vijay’s fans as according to the rumours the shooting of Ilayathalapathy’s most anticipated film Theri has been delayed and extended to 10 more days. The shoot was scheduled to be wrapped by Pongal 2016. Due to the delay in shooting, the teaser of the flick, which was scheduled to be released on Pongal, has also been postponed.

It is said that a song of the movie is yet to be shot, for which the team has planned for a 10-day schedule ahead of the festival. Furthermore, the buzz is that the teaser cut will begin only after the shooting is completed. Hence, with the delay in the shooting, the teaser release has also been postponed.

The flick also stars Amy Jackson, Samantha, Prabhu, Radhika Sarathkumar, director J. Mahendran, Sathyaraj, Naan Kadavul Rajendran in prominent roles. The flick is being produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under V Creations banner. Theri is slated to hit the theatres on April 14.
