Yuvanshankar Misses Na Muthukumar

The filmmakers of Yaakkai recently held audio launch where the whole team was present to mark the occasion. The movie’s lead in Kreshna and Swathi all looked excited for the project. The actress was donning a beautiful Kalamkari-inspired print dress, which complemented her oxidised jewellery.  

Yakkai music composer Yuvanshankar Raja thanked all his singers for making each song special. He mentioned especially Dhanush for crooning one of the numbers. However, the emotions got better of him when he remembered late lyricist Muthukumar's name.

He said, "Of the 100-odd films that I have done, he's been with me for almost 80 films. We have given the maximum hits. I really miss him". Yuvanshankar didn’t forget to mention other lyricist as well, naming Pa Vijay and Vicky. The movie has been directed by Kuzhandai Vellappan and produced under Prim Pictures banner.
