Actress Radhika Sarathkumar to make a grand comeback in Telugu films

The Filmfare Award winning actress Radhika Sarathkumar, who is remembered for her memorable films like Nyayam Kavali and Prema Katha, took a break from Telugu films for a decade and now she is planning to make a comeback in the industry with a romantic-drama titled Undile Manchi Kaalam Mundu Munduna (UMKMM).

Radhika’s last Telugu movie outing was Prem Katha in 1999 which helped her win Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actress. UMKMM director Arun Dasyam said, "We were on the lookout for a senior actress to essay an important role in the film. We did have a few names in mind, but finally zeroed in on her. She is a wonderful actress with a lot of experience and I'm confident she will do justice to her part.” The film also stars Life is Beautifulactor Sudhakar in the lead role and veteran actress Purnima while the female lead is not finalised yet. Radhika is presently busy with small screen projects and she has turned producer withTamil films like Kannamoochi Yenada and Chennaiyil Oru Naal.
