Allu Arjun collaborating with Gopichand Malineni for his directorial next

Filmmaker Gopichand Malineni, who has recently given a hit Balupu featuring Ravi Teja, Shruti Hassan, Anjali in the lead, will now be teaming up with Allu Arjun for the first time. The 30-year-old Allu has also given a green signal to his yet untitled project and said in an interview given to a Tamil daily, “This movie will also be a commercial entertainer. Dil Raju offered to make me a director while I was working as an AD for ‘Kantri’. But it did not happen. After all these years, I am happy to be associated with his banner.”

Gopichand disclosed that his next will be a directorial venture with Tamil director Murugadoss, who will be scripting as well as giving the screenplay for the flick. The same will be produced by Dil Raju. Meanwhile, Allu is busy in the schedules of ongoing film Race Gurram by Surender Reddy. Race Gurram stars Shruti Haasan opposite Allu Arjun.
