Anju Kurian Desires To Do More Telugu Films

Malayalam actress Anju Kurian has recently bagged a project in Tollywood and is set to mark her debut with the Telugu industry. The actress had earlier starred in several Malayalam and Tamil films. The actress will be seen sharing screen space with Sumanth, who will be romancing her in the thriller.

Moreover, talking about her experience in the industry, Anju shares, “I had got a few offers in Telugu earlier, but didn’t take them up because I was apprehensive about the language.” She further added, “But after listening to this script, I felt it would be a great launch pad for me in the Telugu film industry”. The actress will be playing the role of a teacher.

Further, Anju also revealed that as the film advances her role of a teacher takes a different turn and that is the reason that she took up the project. She also talked about her co-star Sumanth and said that he is very supportive. Being directed by Anil Kumar, the actress said, “I was floored by director Anil Kumar’s clarity of thought. Also, the crew has been so supportive that I want to do more Telugu films”.
