Anu Mohan as lead in women-oriented Mirror

Women oriented films are now becoming the new favourite league for the filmmakers in South. The upcoming women-centric flick is director Rakesh Gopan’s next,Mirror. The director has cast anewcomer, Anu Mohan to attract the audience to cinema halls. While Shwetha Menon,Gauthami Nair, Bhamaa, Aparna Nair and Meghana Raj will be seen in the lead roles.

The film’s director said, “It's a women-centric movie based on a true story that revolves around an IT professional, a TV channel reporter, a housewife, a bank employee and a college student. The male characters have small yet prominent roles in the film.” The filmmakers are trying to get in a big star to keep the flick lively among audience as a story based on women’s life sometimes just gets displayed in theatres without any audience and makers obviously don’t want that. The film is expected to go on the floors in April, this year.
