Balakrishna’s ‘Dictator’ Completes 100 Day-run

This Sankranti Tollywood was entertained to the fullest. Balakrishna’s last offering ‘Dictator’ released on January 14 and it managed to pull the crowds into the theatres for many weeks. Despite, competition from ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’, ‘Nannaku Prematho’ and ‘Express Raja’, the film did a spectacular business at the box office.

The action entertainer has completed its 100 day- run today. On achieving the remarkable feat, director Sriwass said that he feels lucky to have worked with the Legend actor. He said, "I am feeling lucky that I became an acquaintance of a good-hearted person like Balakrishna garu because of this film.  He is treating me like a family member.  I am happy that the 100th film of such a person is getting launched on Dictator's 100th day on April 22".

The flick managed to collect Rs. 11 crore gross at the worldwide box office on its opening day. It bettered the record of ‘Lion’ and became the second-biggest opener for Balakrishna after ‘Legend’. The actor’s 100^th film will be launched today, hopefully it will be a bigger hit than ‘Dictator’.
