Dhanush to feature in comedy flick Naiyandi

Here’s some great news for Dhanush fans. TheWhy This Kolaveri Disinger is all set to go through an image makeover as he will play a comic role instead of a conventional serious one.Naiyandiwill be the flick that would portray him in his new role.

The shooting of the film has begun and the actor is expected to join the crew later this week. Director Sargunam has revealed further about the National Award-winning actor’s role in the film, "Dhanush is essaying a guy called Chinna Vandu in the film. The guy owns a lamp shop in Kumbakonam. He falls in love with a girl who is pursuing dentistry in the same city. It is a love story with loads of humour in it." The actor was quite impressed with the script during the script-reading session, the director added more.
