Kajal to do an item number?

Actress Kajal Aggarwal is all set to shake a leg in Geethanjali. Well, it seems that the actresses have found a new interest as after Tamannaah and Shruti Haasan, it’s now Kajal’s turn to sizzle the screen with an item song. Geethanjali is said to be a horror comedy flick. The woman-centric film is produced by Kona Venkat and is all set to feature Anjali in the lead role. A source close to the unit says, "The makers are toying with the idea of roping in a top actress for the sassy track. Apparently, they approached Kajal for the song, but the glam diva has quoted more than they expected."

Though some sources said that actress Samantha was also approached for the same item number. Kajal was recently seen meeting with the makers of the film. If all goes well, it'll be Kajal's first appearance in a special number. The actress is currently shooting for Govindudu Andarivadele. Govindudu Andarivadele is an upcoming family drama film directed by Krishna Vamsi. Apart from Kajal Aggarwal, the film stars Ram Charan, Meka Srikanth and Kamalinee Mukherjee in the lead roles.
