Karanam Malleswari’s Biopic On Cards?

The film industry has witnessed an array of biopics. Lately, many films were made on sportspersons. After the release of Dhoni’s biopic, we heard that a biopic will be made on Yuvraj too. And now there are buzzes that the industry is planning another biopic. This time it will be on Karanam Malleswari, who is the first Indian weightlifter to bag a medal in Olympics.

As per sources, “Sanjana has done extensive research on Malleswari and prepared a script, which she later narrated to Malleswari herself who permitted her to continue”.  However, Sanjana Reddy has been roped for the film. This film will mark her entry in the Hindi cinema.

Karanam Malleswari’s biopic will be produced by a big Hindi production house. Although, the leading actress hasn’t been roped in yet but rumours are rife that Sonakshi Sinha is being considered. However, the fans are extremely excited to witness the magic of the actress.
