Legendary actor-director Madhu felicitated

TheKerala Governmenthas felicitated legendaryactor-director Madhavan Nair aka Madhuat this year’s Onam celebrations, which was inaugurated yesterday evening by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy at Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium.

The veteranMalayalamactor,who will be turning 79 this September, hasmade his acting debut inthe industry withMoodupadamin1963and completed 50 years of his acting this year by appearing inRanjith’sSpirit.

Actors Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Jayaram, Sheela, Jayabharathi, Sarada, K R Vijaya, Vidhubala, Khushbu and Suhasini were also present at the felicitation ceremony.
