Mahesh Babu Was Initially Scared of Becoming Producer

Mahesh Babu was initially worried with the idea of becoming a producer. The superstar was not having a good time and faced back to back commercial flops. But, he ultimately showed his courage and went on to become a producer. He along with Mythri Movie Makers produced ‘Srimanthudu’. The movie turned out to be a super hit and the producers are to generate decent profits by it.

The superstar is pleased with the progress of his career. In spite of few flops and some hits in his account, he is nicely climbing up the stardom ladder. Son of Ghattamaneni Shivarama Krishna, Mahesh recently turned a producer and the name of his banner is Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt Ltd. 

Besides co-producing the film, Mahesh played the film's protagonist with Shruti Haasan playing the female lead. The movie was made with a budget of Rs. 400-700 million. Mahesh with ‘Srimanthudu’ got his first super hit as a producer.
