Niharika Konidela To Romance Sumanth Ashwin In Happy Wedding

Niharika Konidela made her debut in Telugu cinema with Oka Manasu which released in 2016. Though the film received mixed reviews, but the actress was flooded with numerous offers. And now she has signed her next film with debutant Lakshman Karya which is titled Happy Wedding.

“Niharika has been getting several offers since her debut. However, she was keen to take up something only if she’s sure about it. This film felt like a perfect choice and she okayed it soon after. It was after a couple of discussions that she was convinced by her role though,” revealed a source close to the actress.

The movie will feature actor Sumanth Ashwin opposite Niharika. U.V. Creations’ new venture Pocket Cinema will bankroll the flick. The makers are currently occupied in pre-production work of the movie and will star shooting for it in the first week of October . Niharika is currently working in a Tamil film with Vijay Sethupathi .
