Nithin Or Sai Dharam Tej To Play Cameo In ‘Premam’ Remake

Yesterday, it was reported that ‘Majnu’, the Telugu remake of Mollywood blockbuster ‘Premam’ will be launched on November 30. The film will have Naga Chaitanya in the lead role and will feature Shruti Haasan and Malayalam actress Anupama Parameswaran as the female leads. Another addition will be made to the star cast in the near future.

According to reports, director Chandoo Mondeti is planning to rope in either Nithin or Sai Dharam Tej for a cameo. A source close to the team revealed, "It's a brief but important character — that of a cousin of one of the lead actresses who will change the course of the story. The filmmakers are looking to rope in a well-known name for recall value, and are in talks with both Nithiin and Sai Dharam Tej".

The source added that the film will showcase different stages of the lead character’s life and Naga Chaitanya is working hard to transform himself to suit the character. The flick will also feature Nagarjuna and Venaktesh in pivotal roles. Reportedly, the project will go on floors in the first week of December.
