Nitya to make her Tollywood debut with Dil Raju’s next

Model and actress Nitya Naresh is all set to make her Tollywood debut with Kerintha. Directed by Sai Kiran Adivi and produced by Dil Raju, the film is said to be a multi-starrer featuring newcomers. Nitya has apparently been roped in to play a tomboy in the romantic entertainer.

Talking about the film, Nitya says, "One of my friends,who is a photographer, clicked my portfolio and uploaded it on a social networking site.Later, I got a call from the film's unit and here I am. All through my academic career, I was active in dance, singing and theatre, but never thought I would get into acting. So, I'm here by chance. I play a college-goer in the film and I'm involved
in a love triangle. I play a tomboyish character and I'm done with the shoot."

Nithya has previously worked as an assistant director for a few ad agencies. The newbie says, "All this while, I was auditioning others as an AD, but it was the first time I had to give my own audition. I wasn't nervous since I knew the basics and I was able to get through. But it was a different experience nonetheless."
