Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh 2 to commence shooting soon

Power Star Pawan Kalyan has his hands on two projects Gabbar Singh 2 and Oh My God Tamil remake and because of Pawan’s inclination to the latter one, buzz hovering the town is that the sequel of 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh has been shelved. Well, the reports are not true, as a source close to the actor has confirmed that Kalyan is still linked to Gabbar Singh 2.

As per the source, the reason for delay is that the film’s script is not complete and as soon as it is complete, Gabbar Singh 2 will go on floors. The shooting is rumoured to start from April. However, there are also talks and no official announcement is so far done. Sampath Nandi will give direction to the project, with Sharat Marrar producing it. The movie to be made under North Star Entertainments banner, will have songs crooned by Devi Sri Prasad. Flick’s female lead is yet to be decided.
