Pawan Kalyan’s Next Will Be Remake Of Ajith’s ‘Veeram’

After the debacle of ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’, Pawan Kalyan’s next was launched last week. The actor teamed up with director S. J. Surya for his next venture. It was being said that the two have teamed up for the sequel of hit 2001 film ‘Kushi’, but now the reports suggest something different.

Speculations are rife that the next flick of the Atharintiki Daaredi actor will be the remake of Ajith’s blockbuster film ‘Veeram’. A source from the film’s unit shared that the remake rights were acquired few months back. He said, “The team acquired the remake rights a few months back and has been working on adapting it to Telugu sensibilities since then”.

Reportedly, it won’t be scene-to-scene remake, but the core of the original film will be retained. The Powerstar will reprise the role of Vinayagam, originally played by Ajith. The venture will be bankrolled by Sharrath Marar and Anup Rubens will score the music.
