Prabhas Wishes Team ‘Rudhramadevi’

The most awaited film of Anushka Shetty ‘Rudhramadevi’ hits the theatre screens today. After facing repeated postponements due to the financial problems faced by the film’s director Gunasekhar, the period film has finally been released. After facing many glitches, the film surely needs some luck for its release.

Baahubali actor Prabhas took to his Twitter account to wish the team for the success of the movie. The Mirchi actor tweeted, "Wishing my friends, Bunny, Sweety, and Rana all the best for Rudhramadevi. I know that director Gunashekhar garu and his team have worked very hard for this film. I wish the entire cast and crew the very best".

S.S. Rajamouli also showed his excitement for the Gunasekhar directorial and is also supporting its release. The director tweeted that the Andhra Pradesh Government should also reduce the entertainment tax on the movie like the Telangana Government. Reports suggest that Gunasekhar and producer Dil Raju met Telangana chief minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao yesterday. He wished the team luck for their film and even reduced the entertainment tax by 15 percent.
