Prudhvi Sets Example, Takes A Pay Cut

Showing his support to the filmmakers amid struggle due to demonetization, actor Prudhvi has gone for pay cut. He admitted that there is a difficult situation for the producers and he would do his bit to make them go through this tough time. Surely, he has sent a message to his co-stars out there.

“Things have become tough since demonetisation was announced. In a bid to support producers, I have slashed my remuneration by 70 per cent. It would be nice if others did the same”, said Prudhvi.

He would star next in Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu as lead and Saloni Aswani has been brought in as the lead female. This is the movie for which Telugu fans are so excited to see on the big screen. The venture is expected to hit the floor in April next year. Prudhvi was last seen playing Spirit Priest in Abhinetri, where the lead character was played by Tamannah.
