Ram Charan To Play Hearing-Impaired Engine Driver In Rangasthalam 1985

We recently told you that Ram Charan and director Sukumar’s much anticipated is finally titled Rangasthalam 1985. Audiences’ curiosity to watch the movie increased more when the film’s poster was unveiled which showed the Zanjeer actor in a rural avatar sporting a lungi. The movie is set against a rural backdrop of 1985.

Ever since the poster has been revealed, fans have been speculating about Mega Star’s role in the film. Some reports have speculated that he will play the role of a hearing-impaired person while some have said that he will portray a mute character. However, a source from the film’s unit has revealed that the 32-year-old will essay the role of a hearing-impaired engine driver.

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who will be seen as a dumb girl, will play Ram’s love interest. This is the first time that the actress is paired opposite Ram. Aadhi Pinisetty, who is the brother of Ram, will play a baddie. The movie is slated to release next year around Sankranthi.
