Ram Stepping Away From Lover-boy Image

Shivam star Ram will be playing a DJ in his next film. The movie has been tentatively titled Nenu Sailaja. The actor recently spoke about the film and his co-stars and is satisfied with the new persona that he will portray in the film.

Ram stated, “It was quite unnerving initially. In fact, I'd keep wondering if what I was doing was enough. But I am pretty excited about the way it has shaped up too”. He added, “It's not like I have changed the track or something. I would probably be doing a mix of both hereon”.

Talking about his co-star Keerthi Suresh, the actor revealed, “I think this film was more about the performance than the role itself. Nenu Sailaja is a sweet love story and Keerthy's role is as important as mine. We were looking for an actress who looks like a typical South Indian girl. Keerthi is the kind of girl who grows on you gradually; her role is also such. The role was tailor-made for her”. The movie also features Sathyaraj, Rohini, Prince, Srimukhi, Naresh and Rajasree Nair and Nenu Sailaja.
