Sana And Vaibhav As Lead Cast In Venkat Prabhu’s Production

Venkat Prabhu made his directorial debut with Chennai 600028 and ventured into production with Chennai 600028 II last year. Chennai 600028 II was a sports comedy film helmed by Prabhu too. The filmmaker is now occupied with his next production.

Prabhu’s next production will be helmed by one of his assistants Saravanan Rajan. For bankrolling the project, Badri Kasthuri will be joining Venkat Prabhu. The filmmaker has been announcing the latest updates about the flick in his own trademark style. He recently announced that Vaibhav Reddy and Sana will be playing the lead roles in the flick.

The filmmaker said this in an interview with Deccan Chronicle. He said,“Many media outlets are reporting that Telugu actor Rajashekar is part of this film, but he is not. Vaibhav Reddy and Sana who did Chennai 28 II Innings and Sampath have been roped in to play the lead besides an ensemble cast.” Ask him about the intriguing first look that suggests that it may be a political satire, and he says, “It is not a full-fledged political story. It’s a fun-filled film, with a tinge of politics only”.
