Sekhar Kammula Threatend To Take Legal Action Against Sri Reddy

Tollywood actress Sri Reddy, who has been in news for slamming Telugu cinema, is now warned by director Sekhar Kammula. Earlier, she stirred up a storm down south by saying that casting couch culture is rampant in the Telugu film industry.  In a Facebook post late on April 2, Sri Reddy hit at the filmmaker Sekhar Kammula and alleged that he is also involved in such practices.

Denying all the harassment claims, the director has warned the actress and said that he will take legal action against her. Kammula wrote on Twitter, “Yesterday, a social media post maligning me came to my notice. It is vulgar, demeaning and full of lies. It has caused deep grief to my family, to me and many more who value me." In a series of tweets, he rubbished the allegations by calling it wrong and immoral.

Moreover, he has sought apologies from the actress for marring her image. He tweeted, “APOLOGIZE and take back every word that was posted against me or be ready to face legal action, which will include criminal/civil proceedings.” Sri Reddy hit back at the director saying that she is not afraid of facing the law and would not bow down to the ‘money power’. The actress added that she has all the proofs and she will soon proceed legally.
