Singham 123 to lock horns with Rajamouli's Baahubali

S.S. Rajamouli's magnum opus Bahubali has managed to grab eyeballs right from the time it went on the floors. The much-anticipated project which features an ensemble cast of  Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep in pivotal roles, is touted to be the most expensive film being produced ever in the history of Indian cinema. Produced by K. Raghavendra Rao, Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, the multi-starrer film is all set to hit the screens on May 15. And, if the latest reports are to be believed, Sampoornesh Babu’s Singham 123 is also scheduled to release on the same day.

While many superstars are scared to come along with Baahubali, Sampoo dared to compete with Prabhas and Rajamouli. Produced by Manchu Vishnu and directed by Akshat, the movie is said to be a comedy flick with the essence of romance. The daring act of the makers has left everyone amazed. While everybody is wondering how this small movie could compete with a giant movie like Bahubali, it does remind me of the ant and elephant stories.
