SPB Lends His Voice For Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra

Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni is one such awaited movie that can prove to be a game changer for Tollywood. The movie, which is often seen as another Baahubali, joins the list of epic war films. The movie has been wrapped up and is all set for a Sankranthi release next year.

The latest in the front is that legendary playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam lent his voice for one of the songs in the film. Throwing light upon it, music director Chirrantan Bhatt said, "He took barely an hour to record the song. It was a privilege to watching him sing the song and record the final version a few minutes later". The romantic track is been written by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry.

The music director further added, "I've grown up listening to his songs. SP sir is a legend and I'm a musical illiterate in comparison; so directing him was nerve-racking. But it was amazing working with him. His voice is magical". Reports further added that Shreya Ghoshal will also join SPB in the song.
