Teaser Of Venkatesh Starrer ‘Guru’ To Be Out This Month

After playing an ACP in the last outing ‘Babu Bangaram’, Daggubati Venkatesh is all set to don boxing gloves in his forthcoming film. ‘Guru’, which is the Telugu remake of Tamil film ‘Irudhi Suttru’, will star Venky as the male lead. Rumours are doing the rounds that the teaser of this film will release on October 30.

The movie had been scheduled for a grand release in the month of December as a Christmas treat to fans. Meanwhile, the makers had decided to release the teaser of the movie and fixed the teaser release date. As per the sources, the teaser of the movie would be released on October 30, 2016. The movie features Rithika Singh playing the female lead role. Sudha Kongara Prasad is the director of ‘Guru’.

S. Shashikanth is bankrolling this remake under Y NOT Studios banner. This flick was also made in Hindi with a title ‘Saala Khadoos’, which had R. Madhavan as the male lead. The principal photography of the film commenced in September 2016 in Hyderabad.
