Tollywood in negotiations to remake Bollywood flick Jolly LLB

The recent Bollywood courtroom comedy flick by Subhash Kapoor,Jolly LLBreceived positive response from film critics as well as audiences. Now the film has also created a stir in the T-town as plans are going on to remake the film in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. A close source revealed that Fox Star Studios has already been approached by Tollywood-based producers for a remake of the Arshad Warsi-Boman Irani-Amrita Rao starrer.

Singh denied disclosing further developments regarding the issue, “The paperwork is yet to be completed so we won’t be able to disclose any names. Rest assured, the transaction will get done this week.” Singh confirmed that the production unit has already reached in the profit-making stage for the legal comedy which was made for Rs. 13.5 crore.
