Shape of You: John Abraham confesses he doesn't even have WhatsApp on his phone, plans to go off social media completely

John Abraham graced Shilpa Shetty ’s talk show Shape of You and has confessed in one of the segments on the show that he will be going off social media completely in sometime. The Attack star was on the show speaking about the importance of dieting and fitness.

John revealed that he doesn’t even have WhatApp on his phone or any other social media app as Shilpa asked him in one of the rounds if he’d respond to a mean comment about him on a social media platform. The action star who loves to keep a low profile on social media and is a really private person in real life told Shilpa he won’t respond.

The actor further added, “I don’t have any social media on my phone. I am not even on WhatsApp, I am on SMSes from the stone age and very soon I'd be going off social media completely. I think it’s a big detox in my life and I am very happy.”

The Stayamev Jayate star also said he’d attack an opportunity to disappear from the public eye completely. Shilpa reacted to his response saying that she predicted this answer because he hardly ever makes public appearances.

On the show John also confessed that he ate his favorite sweet Kaju Katli for the last time some 27 years ago. Sharing his reason, John stated that sugar is the biggest poison and is even worse than cigarette smoking according to him.

He also revealed that he has only taken three days holiday in the past 18 years and admitted that is a rather sad and unfortunate thing and it shouldn’t be like this.

John who was last seen in Satyamev Jayate 2 last year is returning to the big screen on April 1 with his movie Attack. The actor has also wrapped up Mohit Suri ’s Ek Villain Returns and completed a schedule of Pathaan in Spain with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone recently.
