There have always been jokes around Archana Puran Singh taking Punjab Congress Chief Navjot Singh Sidhu’s chair in the popular comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show. In a recent development, the politician has been sentenced to jail for one year in a 1988 road rage case which triggered netizens to start a meme fest on Archana having a sigh of relief.
The netizens have flooded social media with hilarious memes on Archana. For the unversed, Sidhu had been a judge on The Kapil Sharma Show for three whole years. It was in 2019, the cricketer-turned-politician was told to step down from the position and actress Archana Puran Singh was brought in to be the new judge on the comedy show.
Meanwhile, The Kapil Sharma Show has wrapped up for the season as show host Kapil Sharma and his team are heading for a US tour. In order to retain the fanbase, Sony TV has replaced the popular comedy show with Laughter Champions . The show will see Archana Puran Singh joined by Shekhar Suman on the judge's panel.
